Ceci inclut de choisir le bon matelas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant le sommeil, il est important de <strong>pr\u00e9server les courbes de la colonne<\/strong> vert\u00e9brale et de lui offrir un soutien optimal.<strong> <\/strong>Il est alors important de choisir la bonne <strong>fermet\u00e9 <\/strong>du matelas.<strong> <\/strong>Le matelas doit \u00eatre choisi selon le poids de la personne et de son confort. Il est alors recommand\u00e9 d\u2019essayer son matelas avant de l\u2019acheter.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous conseillons un <strong>matelas ferme ou semi ferme<\/strong> qui sera en mesure de supporter votre colonne vert\u00e9brale et articulations.<strong> <\/strong>Un <strong>matelas trop mou<\/strong> occasionnera trop de travail sur votre colonne vert\u00e9brale et articulations, ce qui peut engendrer des douleurs au r\u00e9veil.<strong> <\/strong>Un <strong>matelas trop dur <\/strong>met de la tension sur vos muscles et pourrait engendrer des points de pressions d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables rendant le sommeil difficile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement recommand\u00e9 par les docteurs en chiropratique de porter une attention particuli\u00e8re aux <strong>matelas en mousse m\u00e9moire<\/strong> (ou en mousse visco\u00e9lastique). En dormant sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9, vos hanches ainsi que vos \u00e9paules absorbent tout le poids de votre corps. Si vous dormez sur le dos, les muscles lombaires et le sacrum se chargent de faire le travail.
